Responsibilities
Depending on your role, you may:
- Prepare and cook menu items to spec and speed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen stations
- Operate kitchen display systems (KDS) and manage order flow
- Assist with inventory, restocking, food prep and closing duties
- Communicate clearly with front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Valid Texas Food Handler Certification
- 2+ years of kitchen experience
- Familiarity with KDS and ordering systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to cleanliness, consistency, and quality
- Reliable and Punctual
